블루밍데일즈에서 11/20 한국으로 국제 직배송 되는 상품 을 구매 했습니다.
상품이 출고가 되지 않아서 11/30일쯤에 고객센터로 메일을 보냈는데 오더 확인했고 늦어도 12/16일에 상품 출고 될꺼라고 답장이 왔어요.
그런데 어제 an item you ordered is not available 이런 제목으로 메일왔습니다.
내용은 이렇습니다.
제가 영어가 짧아서 정확한 해석이?해석이 어려워요 ㅠㅠ
제가 구매한 상품이 제대로 주문 되지 않고 취소가 됐다는 건가요??
